Feed your doge

Feed your doge

What they say:

The doge is always hungry! So let's feet him with quality dog food instead of fast food. FeedYourDoge is a community token that has a lot more to offer. FeedYourDoge is a little gluttonous. He prefers to eat his homemade Canned Food, but of course also pizza, lasagna and burgers. You are probably wondering why FeedYorDoge got so fat then? Unfortunately he doesn't do anything other than just eat and he can't get enough of it because it tastes so delicious!.... But you're right, exercise and sport would do FYD very well.

This is a full holistic audit. We evaluate the safety of the code, the tokenomics, the wallet distribution and the potential of the token, its originality and marketing strategy.

About the token

The token will bring out  limited dog food and, with appropriate success, a store is to be furnished. Following the example of their partner Captain Bulldog, they have a German company with many high quality products on offer.

There is a tax on every transaction, and it is distributed as follows

Buy tax: 9%

2% goes back to the Holders in BNB

4% is for marketing / buyback

3% goes into the liquidity pool

Sell tax: 18%

4% goes back to the Holders in BNB

8% is for marketing / buyback

6% goes into the liquidity pool

The code is well written and seems to be doing what it should. We recommended that the contract should be tested extensively to be sure that this is really the case. In this section of the audit, we analyze all code and look for potential exploits and areas of improvement. We do not make sure that all logic and math ads up, testing is the most time efficient way to make sure that it does.

We identified two things of medium severity;

1. The fees can be edited without limit, they could for example be set so high that it might disable trading. This is standard in contracts but we advise the devs to add a max limit to such functions.

function setExtraFeeOnSell(uint256 _extraFeeOnSell) public onlyOwner {

      extraFeeOnSell = _extraFeeOnSell; // extra fee on sell

2. This function, when called upon by the dev, sells eventual tokens in the contract for BNBs and sends them to the marketing wallet.

function swapAndSendBNBToMarketing(uint256 tokenAmount) private {

      swapTokensForBnb(tokenAmount, MarketingWallet);

Audit status:

This token passes our audit. There are some risk factors, expressed in the code section of this audit - but after evaluating the full picture, our conclusion is that FYD passes the audit. Our findings in the contract are far from unusual. There are almost always functions in contracts that can be used for bad intentions. As always with ownership rights issues, it comes down to the complete picture. Is the dev anonymous or doxxed? Is the token distribution reasonable? Are the LP tokens locked? In this case, the main dev/founder is doxed (to us, he is not public yet) and there is a registered company in the background as well. This is no guarantee for safety, nothing is. But it’s safe enough for us to let it pass the audit. With that being said, always do your own research and never invest money you can’t afford to lose.
